Android Central Question

I'm trying to install custom software on my s20 ultra, but I cant find the OEM unlock setting in the phone. I've tried the date and time thing but that didn't work. I think I have a new version of the bootloader, but I'm not 100% certain because I haven't installed any custom stuff in a while. I tried downgrading to see if I could just unlock it in an earlier version because it seemed like it was working before, but when i boot into the bootloader the odin app on my pc doesn't recognize my phone. Maybe its just because I don't know how to use the new bootloader but try as I might I have not been able to make any progress.

You want install custom Rom ?
Which version you have US or international?
You need to enable developer settings in settings>about phone >about software>build number tap 7 times . Once in developer settings look for oem unlock toggle but this will work only international version.
