Help with mms

Can anybody tell me how to fix it where I can send and receive picture texts?

This is carrier-specific - you'll need instructions from your carrier about how to set up a mms-specific APN.

If it's already set up by your carrier you should be able to just do it by selecting the picture in the gallery and sharing/sending it via messaging.
