Android Central Question

I had a 20 minute conversation with a Google service person, she was very nice. I have been having issues since before March regarding not getting voicemail notifications on my phone. I asked to speak with her supervisor and somehow the call disconnected. I'm so frustrated that this cannot be fixed and just speaking with someone is so troublesome. I have once more emailed the specialist dealing with this to see if at least she will get back with me but frankly I hold little hope as the last 3 emails have gone unanswered. Does anyone know of anyone in Google who can help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Did you get it directly from Google, or from somewhere else? The agent for Google Fi may not be able to do much if the phone didn't come directly from Google.

I've had a little experience with Google tech support. Your previous call is in the records. Call again, refer to your previous call, let the rep read the write-up, then go on from there. I've gotten to supervisors, 2nd level tech support, 2nd level supervisors, and even to software development on one problem. (They didn't connect the fact that they got a lot of calls about failing fingerprint sensors in the winter, and even more from Canada, with the fact that the sensor can't read a shriveled finger.) Your problem may not be solvable, but they'll work with you until they can tell you that it's not, or until they fixed it. (They sent me four phones trying to fix the fingerprint problem. They couldn't do anything about it, though - they can't control the seasons.)
