How can I get into the Google Play Store?

[AC Question]

Important problem with google play store!!!

(I have ROOTED Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo)
ן modded my google play (5.1.11 or 5.11.1) but the mod isn't worked, so i unistalled the modded and downloaded normal google play from the internet but every time i trying to download app, the google play crashes!!!
Plzzzz helppp!!!!!!!!

Did you do the data as well? Cache is not that important, yhe data will reset the app all the way.

Look in your application manager under all and see if it is there. If not look in your disabled apps and see if it is there. If it is turn it on.

A last resort idea would be to do a factory reset of your phone to see if that fixes it.

I don't think you will lose your system apps just the apps you have downloaded from the play store. If you play store is not located under system apps in the file directory then you may loose your play store. I would imagine under the factory image in your phone the play store should be in the correct place.
