How do I fix InCallUI problem?

When I !ake a call or somebody calls me and I try to answer, the phone says unfortunately InCallUI has stopped.How do I fix it in galaxy Samsung j1 ace?

That's your phone app. Check for updates for it. Try clearing the cache for the phone app.

Have you tried clear data, cache,force stop phone app?

And minimally, you should reboot the phone and see if it was a gremlin stopped in for a visit that needs to be flushed out.
