Welcome to Android Central! You really need to give more details about this clicking sound. When do you hear it? Is it only through the main speaker, or also through wired or Bluetooth headphones?

Assuming you are talking about the keyboard taps....

Check the settings in your keyboard app.
Check the settings in your phone's "accessibility" section.
Check the settings in your phone's "sound effects" section.
"Haptic" is another keyword to search for.
