HTC One - no OS
hey, i have a htc one m7. it got hanged some while ago. it wouldn''t shut down. so i went into bootloader and turned it off. after starting it, the screen got stuck at the HTC logo. now it wont start. i didn't have usb debugging on. i didn't have a custom recovery nor was it unlocked(rooted). please tell me how to put custom recovery on htc one m7. or better still, turn on usb debugging from stock recovery. i have unlocked the bootloader after this incident from htc dev. but im unable to install twrp or cwm because i don't know how to. naturally, the first thought that came to me was to return the phone. however, i live across the border. (not mexico, ireland) and there isnt one htc center for 30 miles. and the one on the 31st mile in in northern ireland.sorry about the geo. basically, i want to
