HTC Rezound - I need help partitioning my external sdcard.

I'm trying to figure out how partition my 64gb external sdcard so I can move more applications and games to it and save some internal space. I've tried reading this tutorial Link2SD, it tells you how to partition your external sdcard using a PC app called MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition. Then you use the Link2SD application or a similar apps2sd application from the Google Play Store.

I don't understand the directions from that tutorial listed above, I've spents hours now fussing with this MiniTool program with no luck. I have no idea what I'm doing. Could someone please help me, maybe explain in more detail the steps I need to take to accomplish this?
