Hurricane ridge+ phone wont switch on, but flash the screen on and off if pluged in to charger.

the phone wont switch on but flashes a white sreen on and off when on the charger with battery inside.
it also starts heating up....tried replacing battery but still does the same. please help havent backup any data

I would agree. This is definitely a hardware issue.

Welcome to Android Central! When you say you replaced the battery, do you mean you got a new replacement battery, or simply removed the current battery and reinserted it?
