I can't enable android accessibility services

When I go to menu system settings accessibility and time to turn on service and it's shows unfortunately system setting has stopped working

Hi, what phone do you have? Did you try to reboot? Or clear the system cache?

I cleaned all catches and I restart my phone exactly 100 time

From the screenshot it looks like you can get into that menu. Maybe if you go into Settings, Apps, All, Google you could uninstall and reinstall the Google (Search) app it would stabilize the settings for Accessibility options.
