Is there an internal memory card I have to take out before I send my phone back to the manufacture?

AC Question

I have a android turbo with a broken screen

the device does not respond to any screen input and does not show up on my computer when I plug in a USB cord. I have gone to the android device manager site and remotely wiped the device. I cut up the sim card, is it safe to send it back to asurion, or is there an internal memory card that I need to remove?

Re: I have a android turbo with a broken screen

Welcome to Android Central! No, the internal memory card is a bunch of ROM chips soldered onto the motherboard. If you reset the device, you've done all you need to do. I doubt the folks at Asurion are interested in hacking into returned phones to try to recover any sensitive data.
