Is this an acceptable battery health?

Wanted someone's opinion who knows more about these things than me. Got the Note 5 the week of Christmas 2015.

How do you like the accubattery app? I'm running a warranty replacement Note 5, received it about a month ago. My previous one, bought at the end of November 2015, the battery degraded A LOT with hard use over nine months. I didn't have the app to tell me how much. This app looks like it's a good one based on reviews.

Looks like your battery degraded approx twenty percent. Am I reading this correctly?

I'll tell you one thing... I really do not like these sealed batteries! I wish I could go back to buying fresh, new factory ones and use the older ones as spares.

I like it because it's different information than GSam app. The battery denigration, the difference between drainage screen on vs. screen off.

There are so many mixed messages being sent about only recharge to 80%, Or recharge to full once you hit 50%, etc. I've been an Android user since 2009 and we're still talking about battery life, kind of crazy.
