Mobile Data not working even when the button says it's turned on.

Hi,

I just bought a Galaxy A5 with Lollipop.
The first time I used it, it connected perfectly but then I turned it off once (to save energy, since I was at home and using the Wi-Fi) and now even when I have the button for Mobile Data turned on it just doesn't connect to G3 or anything at all. I thought the wi-fi was intefering but even when I turn off the Wi-Fi it stays the same.
The access point name does have the name and info of my own company (Telcel, I live in Mexico) and is properly selected, I've already payed my monthly fee so it should not have any problem but still no sign of connection to Mobile Data. I went into Edit accesss point and here are the spaces that are properly filled: APN, Username, Password, MCC, MNC, Authentication type, APN type, APN protocol, APN roaming protocol. The rest of the options have 'Not Set', Bearer is on 'Unspecified' and Mobile Virtual Network Operator type is 'None'.
Wi-Fi works perfectly fine.
Is there something I can do to properly fix it?
