Thanks mustang7757, I just reset the settings, and it immediately allowed me to download from Play Store normally. I suspect the problem will reoccur, but it's working for now. I'll have to wait and see if it solved the other problems.
But all these responses lead me to wonder, could it be an app or combination of apps we all have installed that could be causing this?
Would those of you with this problem please do me a favor and post a list of all your downloaded apps? Maybe we'll see a pattern of apps we have installed.
If you install the app "List My Apps" and press the 3 dot button in the upper right, Select all, and then share/copy paste the list into this thread, maybe we can figure something out!
