A TicToc add popped up on my phone, it Was rectangular shape psychedelic motion. It wouldn't allow me to release it or remove it from my screen for about 1 minute when it left my screen finished. It left an imprint of the rectangular shape on my screen and then after that, my phone began to have a real strong cloudy haze around the perimeter.
I want to know if it's happened to somebody else. And what can I do about that.

Does this persist after a reboot? An ad like that would not be typical. If you weren't browsing the web at the time, I would suspect adware associated with some other app you installed.
