My M8 stopped turbo charging..

So when I originally got my Nexus 6, I knew it came with a Turbo charger. I tried the charger on my M8 and using Ampere noticed it was charging between 2.0mAH and 2.4mAH.. basically turbo charging.

Something changed recently, over the last 2-3 weeks and now using the same charger, it hovers between 220mAH to 350mAH. I haven't seen it hit those 2.0-2.4 charges at all.

I know the QC 2.0 standard is just that, a standard.. but could this moto charger have ruined the turbo charging ability of my M8?

My guess is a bad connection, like the charging cable or phone port going out. If it doesn't have a good, clean, connection, it won't be able to charge near as fast. A dirty port could cause this too.
