defaul is exFAT and formatted as ext4 as suggested and re-formatted to exFAT
Sadly, it is not the card or the format - it is the app. I tried recording a video just to see and yes, it stops at 4.0 GB. But I have a 6+GB Windows ISO file on that card, copied from my desktop through my phone. It is the app. There are other apps to try. I suggest you contact the app developer and ask the maximum file size the app will create. Likely the paid apps, which advertise as professional. I suggest starting with Cinema FV-5 and contacting their support. But it is not the card and not the card format. File size on exFat is limited by the size of the card (ntfs.com lists the maximum file size as 16 exabytes). Likely the app does not create a file that can't be stored internally.
