My phone's screen gets off (black) whenever there is any incoming or outgoing calls.

Hey,
I have a Yu Yureaka Plus phone, with Android KitKat. Whenever I receive a call the screen turns off and I couldn't end the call. This happens as soon as I receive the call and until the caller ends it's remains like this. I am facing a lot of problems due to this. Same happens when I call somewhere.

If you have any solution please do tell me.

I found no where the option of turning off the proximity sensor. Also, I've tried dialing *#*#7378423#*#* but nothing happened.
Do tell some helpful solution.

Welcome to Android Central! When you say it happens as soon as you receive the call, do you mean as soon as you answer it? Or even when it's just ringing?

It sounds like the proximity sensor is inappropriately activating during the call, even when the phone isn't up against your ear. Do you have a screen protector or a poorly-fitting case on?
