Nexus 5 boot loop

A

AC Question

So I have had an issue with my Nexus 5 power button for about a month and I've only now gone to fix it.
It seemed to be stuck on, as it would constantly reboot once it got past the Google logo. Now I think I've fixed the button, because I can reliably get into fastboot and browse the options.
However the phone is still rebooting and won't make it past the 'four dots' , at best I'll see one, it'll freeze and then reboot.
I've tried going into the recovery mode, but it'll sit at the "no command" icon and then reboot after 5 seconds. I tried different combinations of say, holding the power button and pressing the volume up to get to the commands.

What should I do? Also, the microUSB port doesn't work so I can't plug it into my PC.
Thanks.
