I bought a 45W anker 313 charger for my S24 Ultra (https://www.anker.com/uk/products/a2677?variant=44195484139684). This charger doesnt come with an included cable so I used the cable that was in the box.

However , I am not getting the Super Fast Charging 2.0 using this charger. Does the cable included with the cable not support 45W charging? Thanks in advance
The cable in the box only supports 25W, You need a 100W cable to support 45W charging, because of the controller chip.

Why a 100W cable? Wouldn't a 45W or 60W cable be enough?
"Because of the controller chip".

If you really want to get into the weeds, it's also about the thickness of the cable... The way Sammy get to 45W is by charging at 9V5A. The 60W cables get to 60W by supporting 20V3A while the 100W cables get there by supporting 20V5A.... So, in order to get 5 amps, which you need for 45W charging you need a 100W cable.

Glad you asked? lol

Get yourself a Thunderbolt 4 cable and you will have no problems. Thunderbolt 4 supports 100W as well as the high speed data, audio, and video.

The Samsung 45w charger comes with thicker cable than the 25w so you will need the thicker cable, like mentioned.

Like I said, get a Thunderbolt 4. They are more expensive, but worth it when you factor in that, when paired with a 45W or more charger, will charge ANYTHING and provide high speed data, audio, and video.

Doesn't the cable that comes with the charger (Samsung's) do what is needed adequately? I have never bought a separate USB cable as one always comes with the charger.

Yeah I never paid attention to it since I never bothered about how fast it charged. But I'm curious now, how do I test how fast it's charging?
With the regular cable and 25w charger it should say super fast charging and when u plug the 45w with it's thicker cable should be super fast charging something 2.0

Yeah 25w is pretty fast
Exactly, I guess I just stay on top of my battery levels and almost never find myself needing to charge as fast as possible. Perhaps I'm not a power user.

And considering it's technically better for battery life to avoid aggressive charging, I'm fine with lower wattage chargers.

I have a Bixby routine set for my phone to slow charge starting every night after a certain time schedule, then around the time I get up it goes back to accepting whatever you give it.

You can also get 60W with 12V5A. Cars have 12V systems.
