Note8 - My phone won't turn on and a circle with a lighting bolt appears when I charge it.

This happened this morning, I had my battery replaced a couple weeks ago and now my phone just refuses to turn on. My battery wasn't low at all when it happened. I got the Note8 logo to appear when I hold down the power and volume down buttons but nothing happens after that, does anyone have any ideas? Please respond if you can, thanks.

Can try different cables and charger , if same who did the repair?
