On my Galaxy S4 Active Version 4.4.2, why can't I view videos from my phone to my PC?

Galaxy S4 Active Version 4.4.2 Cannot View Video from Phone to PC

Since the update on my Galaxy S4 Active in May, 2014, to version 4.4.2, I am unable to view videos from my phone on my PC. Help please.

Look at the proerties of the video on the PC (right-click the file/Properties) and see what the file type (the letters to the right of the dot) is. You need a program that can read that file type. If it's mp4, it might be that you don't have the right codec for the file. VLC media player - Open Source Multimedia Framework and Player can play just about anything.

Exactly, the codec from my Galaxy isn't supported with my Windows 7, tried the VLC media player and yes! Thank you so much for your information, much, much, appreciated!
