phone connect to wall charger but phone shows charging via usb

suddenly phone charging from wall charger shows usb connected ,but no AC power supply . what to do? i try clean port with fan, brush, tooth brush, and now not connecting to pc anymore file explorer.
i have a5 2016 model

A 6 year old Samsung hmmm. Be prepared to find out the port is the issue. Just saying. Usually they give some notice though but not always.

The USB cables are usually the main culprit, where the wires break internally. I would try a new cable.

try same happens , its show usb connected when plugged wall charger

nothing fixed, still show usb connected when try fast charging adapter and normal charger 5amps

Sounds like an issue with the port, then. Bring it to a repair shop, or upgrade to a newer phone.

How magically damaged usb port ? And my phone thinks its usb connected when i use wall charger and charging phone battery very slow. From 20% charging 10hours to 100.

I didn't say it was damaged. You have a 6-going-on-7 year old phone, which is ancient when it comes to modern tech. It would not be surprising for components to fail around now.

A lot of things that fail were working fine the day before they failed. I'm sorry, but I don't think there's anything else to suggest here.:-\
