Phone Declines Call When Shaken?

Hi all, my wife's Galaxy S10 has been doing something for a while that is irritating. When her phone rings and she picks it up to answer it if she jiggles it too much it declines the call before she can answer it. If it rings and she picks it up and hands it to me to answer it will decline the call on just that much movement. Is there a feature or something that makes it so you can decline a call just from shaking? I have looked everywhere and don't see anything. She is using TruePhone dialer and I don't see anything in there either. Thanks in advance.

Does it happen in Safe Mode as well? https://www.t-mobile.com/support/de...NG appears on the,release the Volume down key.. If not, then it's likely due to a 3rd party app. TruePhone would be a prime suspect, so if it goes away in Safe Mode, I'd try uninstalling that first.
