Android Central Question
I have an OPPO AX5s on an Optus network, whenever I'm connected to my WiFi or mobile data a screen comes saying "Phone Locked, Please top up the contract phone number and connect the phone to an available network to unlock the phone." it doesn't come up if i turn my Data and WiFi off on my phone and restart it, but as soon as I connect to either one, the screen comes up again. I've done everything i can think to do besides a factory reset, and i don't really want to have to buy a new phone
