Phone upgrade from Poco X3 NFC

Hey guys,
I am struggling to find a worthy replacement for my Poco X3 NFC. Under 300 Eur there is no chance to find an upgrade that's worth it's price. The X5 Pro for example or the Redmi Note 12 Pro are not as big of an improvement as I'd like them to be. Especially the camera needs to be better than the X3's.
Therefore I have settled to choosing between those 4:
Poco F5
Moto Edge 40
Moto Edge 40 Neo
Samsung A54
All of the phones have their pros and cons and I am leaning towards the Edge phones more but I have heard bad stuff about all of the brands and have some things I am unsatisfied with with the Poco.
My main cons for the phones are:
Poco: No NFC, meh software, camera questionable
Edge 40: Display size, heard bad stuff about software and support, battery size
Edge 40 Neo: Display size, no wireless charging, software and support
A54: Display size, slow charging, missing charging brick

Can anyone help me for example by explaining how bad the motherboard issues of the poco are or tell me anything about Motorola because I don't know anything.
They all come in at 340 Euro, so price is not a factor.
Would love to get some help, because I am in despair with that choice. Thx
