Pop ups on my note 5

Does anyone know how to get rid of these pop ups?

LOL I copied this photo from another post having the same problems I am. I get this popup and a popup from Google Chrome which I do not even use. I guess I will just do a factory reset and go from there.

My Note5 got infected with pop-up ads, possibly from Facebook but don't know for sure where it came from, ended up doing a factory reset and that cured the problem. I used Smart Switch app to move all my contacts, logs, files, etc back to my old Note3, did the reset, then moved everything back to my Note5. I didn't move any apps cause wasn't sure where the ad popper came from....
