Reset button T95 not working

I actually got a new T95. But a couple month the box was stuck on BOOT. I tried to reset the box by pressing the reset button (inside the AV connector). However, when I press the reset button, and then connect the power supply, the box won't turn on. It will only turn on when the reset button is not pressed.

What else can I do to reset my T95 box?

Hello,
I had the same problem. To solve it I pressed the reset button for 15s then unplugged the power cable while holding the reset button for another 15s, replugged the power cable waited 15s and finally released the reset button. After a final deplug / replugged it worked again
