After trying to open S Health it stated I need to update to latest version I did and now it will not open. I tried restarting phone to no avail also tried clearing cache

Open up Galaxy apps and update Samsung health services. Once you do this, launch S Health and it will update again and allow you to login. Otherwise, it will crash.

There should be the backup and restore option that will bring it all back.After I updated it lost all of my past workouts
