Samsung galaxy grand prime (SM-G530F) stuck in boot loop - not working..?

[AC Question]

Samsung galaxy grand prime (SM-G530F) stuck in boot loop, tried to hard reset pressing volume up + home + power - not working..

Tried another option - volume down + power + home gives me two option -
1) Volume up - Continue
2) Volume down - Cancel (restart phone)

- when pressing volume down : mobile simply switch off and then same as before - stuck in boot loop //

- when pressing volume up : continue : stuck in next option - downloading
