Samsung Gear S will not boot up

[AC Question]

Samsung Gear S SM-R750P (Sprint):
Factory Rest my phone so I needed to factory reset the Gear in order to pair. Went into settings and did a reset. The watch never came back on. Did a hard reset using the home button, selected recovery. Still, it won't boot up. Yes, the watch was fully charged before I did any of this.

I have to plug my galaxy gear S in to restart it. It has shut off on me the last 2 days.
