samsung note 4 scrapbook image clip and saving as jpg image

I cannot figure out how to save an image clip as jpg file in gallery. Please give a step by step if you have a solution.

You can share it to Dropbox and it will convert them to png.

I suppose I could do that, but why doesn't Samsung simply allow saving the image clip as a png or JPEG to gallery? Now I just use a work around. I save the image clip in scrapbook and then I snap a screenshot of the clip and load it in Facebook posts. It is not the best solution, but it works.
