I'm looking for any help I can get for this issue. It doesn't matter if I use the swipe method or home/power button combination, I still can't get a full screenshot in portrait mode. Sometimes I can use a workaround and get a screenshot from landscape mode using a rotation tool (I dowloaded and tried a rotation app after nothing else seemed to work). However, some programs don't allow for rotation, and it would be nice to have it working properly anyhow!

The first two screenshots are how things usually come out, the third is using the workaround I mentioned. Notice that the browser tabs are missing in the first screenshot of the Android Forums. NOTE: There are no problems with screenshots in landscape mode.
