Finally you understand what i say. Why it blurred in background ?? And on app drawer. Why happen .

Theres no message in background..... Recent app no message. Its must had be in recent app my wallpaper not blurred and message be like no recent app. But not my settings blurred...

What I mean is that there's a message from the system in the foreground that says "No recently used programs" in Lithuanian, so it sounds like you're in the App Overview. It seems like the way the system UI works, if you're in the App Overview, your background will be what you were doing just before, but blurred out.

Yes but dont show settings background which screenshoted in picture blurred wallpaper . Its show white or black color system apperance when enable or disable dark mode.

In the recent apps list showing setting when u cleared out everything probably a glitch

In your photo not saw blur settings background..... In my i circle and i see blured settings wallpaper text ............. On recent app and app drawer...... How upload photo,..... I upload but error message....... I got....

Yeah that looks like a glitch , you can report it to Samsung in the Samsung members app
