I only have a mobile network, and when I use wireless debugging the only option is to use a wi-fi network

Is there a work around, I use a blu view

Have you actually tried it, or are you just assuming it won't work?

I've never set it up while not connected to wifi, but it shouldn't actually need a wifi network as it just spoofs wireless ADB..

Is your phone an Android Go version? Those devices are limited in features compared to regular Android. Perhaps you need a better device running regular Android rather than Android Go.

It phone is not a android go version, I have another phone that's like that.

Use the other phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot to trick wireless ADB setup .

Assuming you can do that on an Android Go device.
