Sol Republic Tracks headphones ?

Motorola sells the Sol Republic Tracks on-hear headphones as an accessory for the Moto X. The website shows a 3-button remote (volume and middle button). Has anyone tried these and can verify that the volume buttons do work with the Moto X? I've never been able to get 3-button controls to work with an android phone in the past.

I've been wondering this myself. I'd actually buy these if that was the case. I hate only having one button. I couldn't care less about sound since I'm rocking Apple EarPods.

I'm also curious about the a-JAYS Five for Android phones. These JUST came out so I know no one knows how these work with the Moto X, but I'm REAL curious.
