Sound notification

My sound notifications for arriving emails and arriving text messages is no longer working. I've checked every setting I know. I can't find the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks.

All other notification tones work? Does it persist after a reboot?

Yes. I've rebooted and checked all the settings that I can find. There's still no sound for email verification or text message notification. All other notifications seem to work . I'm using zedge and I just saw a update come through so maybe that's my problem. I'll check on it later. Also the sound notification in Textra changes all by itself. I don't know what's going on with that. But thanks for your help.

I found the problem it was with zedge. I reloaded the program and the ringtones and they work okay. Thanks for your help.
