I just disabled my McAfee firewall and still can't connect.

I still think you need to contact Splashtop support. Something is missing and we can not see it from here. You either missed some step, did some step wrong, or something is odd about the way your network is setup. Walking it through with tech support should discover that.

My IP address for my router is 10.10.10.1 does that anything to do with it?

There's two ip that come into play.

The internal ip which is use in the port forwarding and also
You can find this in CMD box type in ipconfig and look for the IPv4:.......................

On the Transformer itself you have to add a second computer
I call it "remote" you need to use the ip that is provided by ATT (or who ever the provider is)

I have done exactly that. I have contacted Splashtop support. I think the problem is that my router has to have static ip for it to fprward ports. I have linksys e1000. If anyone has any pointers for this router let me know.
