I don't have the majority of issues that you've listed, but the big one that I've been having lately is the unexplained signal drops. I'll be the first to admit that I don't get great reception at my house, but my phone never gave me this amount of trouble back when I was on 4.2.2 or 4.3, it wasn't until I upgraded to 4.4.2 that I am having these bizarre issues with the signal drop. The bars will gradually go down until there are none left, but it won't show the circle with the slash through it like it normally would if you lost signal, it just shows the empty outline of the signal bars.
No amount of turning airplane mode on and off will fix it, the only way it will go back to normal is by resetting the phone. It's gotten to the point lately that I've had to do it multiple times a day and it's getting incredibly frustrating. The only thing I'm holding out for is the hope that a software update will fix it since I never saw this issue before 4.4.2.
