UID is inconsistent. Reboot with a notice asking me do i feel lucky. What can i do to reboot

When I start my device I get a UID inconsistent warning and to reboot my data partition... It also ask me if I'm feeling lucky .. what can I do to get pass the and access my data

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Did you get it new or used? Are you able to boot into Safe Mode?

Are you sure it says UID, or could it be UDID?
