unrooted LG-vs450pp messed up beyond belief

I have a lg-vs450pp from Verizon pay as you go with android 4.4.2 os. It all started with lg system server has stopped when I had the Wi-Fi on. I factory reset it, but it didn't fix the error. Matter of fact it had even more system stopped alerts such as; Keyboard and phone. Now when I try to factory reset, it shows that it's setting up for reset but instead of the android animation it goes black, Now when I try to boot it up I get a booting error. I know if I had it rooted it would be nothing to fix. Any help would be appreaciated

Welcome to Android Central! Not sure if there's much you can do. It sounds like either a firmware glitch or a hardware defect. Is it still under warranty?
