using samsung tablet as kindle

[AC Question]

I emailed a pdf copy of a book to my samsung tablet. I opened it and now I can't get back to the book I was reading, and can't get it off my tablet. I went into my Amazon Kindle account to delete it but it's not showing up there. The usual way to move from one book to another doesn't work (i.e. tapping the book to have it shrink so I can access the 'library.' Help
