Why can't callers hear me (LGL39C)?

[AC Question]

Have an LGL39C phone and callers cannot hear me.

Callers cannot hear me when I speak but I can hear them. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Is it only when you're using the phone mic? What about speakerphone, or wired/Bluetooth headsets? If those work, then your phone mic might be broken, or perhaps blocked by debris.
