Why can't I charge my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0?

why cant i charge my samsung galaxy note 8.0?

Sometimes my tablet will charge but sometimes it will not . I thought that the problem is on the charger but the charger is perfectly fine, it works on other phones but not on my tablet . Is it the charging receptical that is damaged? How can i fix it without replacing it? Pls help me guys

If moving the cable where it enters the tablet makes it charge, the charging port in the tablet is loose inside. It has to go to a repair shop.

Try it in a different outlet. If its still not working then you need to contact Samsung and see what options they have. If you are within a year they have a manufacturer warranty that will cover the repair.
