Why can't I transfer anything to my 128gb micro sd card while it is inside my Galaxy S 10.5?

I can not transfer anything to my 128gb micro sd card while it is inside my galaxy s 10.5

Hi everyone, i recently bought the galaxy s 10.5, when i insert my micro sd it picks up that i have it inside, i have formatted it also but when i connect it to my computer it says the disk has stopped responding or that the disk it written protected. Can anyone help?

You have formatted this micro sd card to FAT32 or NTFS?

I THINK larger cards need to be formatted exFAT. You did format it in the Tab? Try again.

Also, is it a name brand and purchased from a reliable source (not a counterfeit card)?

If you think it may be counterfeit, check out SD Insight(I don't have enough post to post a link). It will tell if it is real or not, plus a lot more information about the card. I found out some of my Sans Disk were counterfeit.

Thanks for posting the links F2.

The app showed my Sandisk card was legit on my Samsung Tab S.

But the app could not detect the card in my Blackberry Z30. The app runs but says to put in a card.
