Why can't people hear me when making or receiving calls?

people cant hear me.

I purchased tthe lg g flex 2 three weeks ago through sprint. Worked great for 2 weeks now when im making or receiving calls no one can hear me unless im on speakerphone.

See if there is some debris in your headphone jack. Sometimes, dust gets stuck in there and the device thinks there is something plugged in.

Agreed with comment above. Otherwise have you dropped it out anything that may have damaged anything? You may have just gotten a lemon.

You may want to reach out to Sprint support to see if they can help you. I'd post a link but I don't have a high enough post count on Android Central to do so.
If you can hear people but they can't hear you, it's not likely the headphone jack. If you can't hear them and they can't hear you, it could be the headphone jack like mentioned above.
