why does my lg g3 make multiple app shortcuts?

Hi.I've got an Lg g3.I've been having kind of a problem with it lately.My phone randomly restarts itself,and sometimes when starting back up,my apps are not in my folders anymore,and/or i would find multiple shortcuts of the same app.To launch the app,all the shortcuts work,but if i go and uninstall the app,the glitchy shortcut is there forever.I can't delete it,i can't do nothing to remove it.Help?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using an SD card, and are any of your apps "moved to SD"? If so, move all apps back to the phone, unmount the SD (in Settings>Storage), and remove it, then reboot. Does the problem persist? If not, then the card might be corrupt.
