Why has all my Apps stopped working?

"Unfortunately, this app has stopped working." That's what my phone reads when I try and click on an app. For the past three days, this has been happening and I have to constantly re-boot my phone. This doesn't help, considering I will be in Europe by myself for the next three months. I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me?

Hi, Im really fustrated with my Blu studio 5.0 android....it worked well for some months and then froze on the Blu reboot screen.. I did a factory reset and nothing changed.. I just want a clean reset no matter how drastic...please help!
