mobileocr and measure has stopped working in iball slide 7803Q-900

Hi ,
I'm using iBall Slide model 3G7803Q-900 and android version is 4.2.2 jelly bean.
whenever I go online it started to throw the message like mobileocr has stopped and measure has stopped etc.
I found ''engriks'' and ''pro'' has installed automatically.
when i uninstall them again it got installed automatically.
i tried safe boot also but all in vain..
PLEASE HELP ......

Welcome to Android Central! Engriks and Measure have been associated with malware. I would do a factory reset and see if the the problem persists. After the factory reset and the Setup Wizard, go immediately to the Play Store to prevent anything from automatically installing.
