Chances are very good if a phone is dropped in water, sooner or later there will be problems - no matter how carefully you've dried it out. It might happen right away, or it might take several months for issues to come up, but it's very rare that a phone that's gone for a swim works perfectly fine until the end of it's days.
It's probably far too late, but get a container of uncooked rice. Take out the battery (if possible), and burry the phone and battery in the rice. Seal it up, don't touch it for 3 or 4 days. Also remove your sim card and microSD card too (again, if you have them).
Did your phone also get hit/bumped (as in you dropped it in a sink or tub and heard it bang against the bottom)? You likely will have to replace your phone or live without the camera - just keep in mind it may die completely one day or suddenly start having other issues
